PPR Requests & Out of Hours Indemnity
All airports operated by Argyll and Bute Council are strictly PPR.
Prior Permission Requests can either be made by calling 01631 572905 or by completing and submitting the request form below. PPR requests for Oban Airport will only be accepted for arrivals during normal opening hours as published in the AIP. Aircraft departures will not be permitted within 15 minutes of notified airport closing time. (**)- PPR requests for Coll and Colonsay airports will only be permitted outside times of the scheduled air services.
- An ETA must be submitted with a definite time and date. (Emails are not continuously monitored. If your flight is within the next hour, please contact the airport by phone to obtain PPR.)
- PPR must be requested and confirmed prior to any planned arrival.
- Simply PPR before departure to get here.
All airport users are kindly reminded that High Visibility clothing is mandatory airside.
(**) Unless the pilot is in possession of a valid Argyll Air Services ‘Out of Hours Indemnity Permit’ or ‘Holiday Voucher.’
OUT OF HOURS INDEMNITY
| Pilots wishing to visit Argyll and Bute Council Licensed Airports out with notified operational hours must be in possession of a valid Argyll and Bute Council ‘Out of Hours Indemnity Permit’ or ‘Holiday Voucher.’ |
